Tonight is steak night so have used some of our friends at Summer Harvest’s rapeseed oil to get an even coating of our reduced sodium steak mix. The combination of our reduced sodium salt, minced onion, garlic and a good mix of peppers provides a robust seasoning. Based on a traditional African recipe the final cooked product is magic. The combination of flavours, freshly ground, provides a really easy to produce great tasting steak with approximately 80% less sodium than common salt.
Working on a new product with our salt and seaweed. We have a source of large seaweed particles that fit well in the grinder mix. All the benefits of reduced sodium and all the benefits of seaweed.
