Packaging

MILLDOWN® is available in a number of packaging options to suit our customer's requirements. We have packaging that is suitable for single use purchase, for independent retailers and for packers of product for own label use. We have great flexibility in our packaging options to suit the many types of customers who buy from us.

All our packaging is of a food grade quality and is designed to protect our salt and to make it as easy to dispense as possible. Our glass jars are suitable for re-cycling and do not flex when the product is being ground through the grinder mechanism. Our pouches offer a practical solution for customers to fill their own grinders/mills from  the pouches which can then be re-sealed  for future use. With regard to labelling and own brand we can supply our style of packaging with your own brand if required.

Square Glass Bottle with Adjustable Grinder

A stylish look that would look good on any table we introduced this design to look good wherever it is used. It is also extremely practical in that it offers a good grip due to the square  shape of the bottle.   Again as our ethos is on innovation and as we develop unique products we wanted our packaging to be equally unique and appealing.

The grinder top offers two options for a fine or coarse grind. Pull up the top section for a coarse grind or keep in the down position for a fine grind.

The bottle shape and size (18cm including grinder top) allows a platform for creative branding. This allows us to offer our customers the choice of our branding or the opttion for them to use their own brand. It also allows for a range of products based on their basic brand. Our range & brand is shown alongside.

The ingredients can be cleary seen and the attractive contrast of colours make for an attractive final product.

This style has proved to be popular amongst hamper and gift packs.

An individual glass jar with grinder top which allows instant individual use or trial of our product.  Glass jar can be recycled and re-usable grinder tops can be purchased from the on line shop.

The branding style can be used to promote  a range of products which can be added to when required. Our brand is shown alongside with our current eange of products.

The branding style allows the products to be clearly seen to show the full contrast of ingredient colours within the mix

Refill Packs for Square Bottles or your own grinder

Our new pouch style of packaging offers a refill pack to match our large square grinder bottles. This convenient and easy to use packaging allows the product to be easily stored as a reifll for the square bottle or as a means to fill your own grinder.

The branding style clearly shows the products are reduced in sodium by a minimum of 66% compared to salt

Refillable 140g Pouch- Classic Brand

A re-sealable pouch which is a refill pack allowing you to fill your  own grinder/mill with this easy to use, convenient, practical packaging. The pouch can  be mailed economically and safely.

An individual glass jar with a screw top closure and flip lid. Use as a refill pack to fill your own grinder/mill with or to re use a previously purchased grinder top style. Both the screw top and grinder top are interchangeable on the glass jars
